Please remove or make it available to turn off the no moves pop up i hate it its a waist of time and waists time on my double xps for no reason

The no move pop up is getting me mad making me not want to play as much it's irritating and making it a pain to play I use a lot of characters that don't have the full moves because it's only for upgrading not for ones I don't use please make it a option or a do not show again button
