    Bug - Normal Cerebella Pummel not causing stagger

    First off I think I have it pin point what is causing it but I will describe the issue first. If you start off a combo with normal L5 go into say DAF then hit pummel horse on them, the ai will usually stagger. I am having instances where this is not the case the ai will just do a slight hit...
