Pure guess here but... Vaporwave. Thorns is already quite annoying to deal with (looking at Criminal mind) in rift atm. Her getting thorns AND healing in Miasma should be pretty good. I can see a few ways to counter her tho. I dont expect to see her in the current version of rift tho. So...
