The refresh is 2 days. I get what you mean by the farming, but I still think that one day would be better. The Rift ratings will give you all level 70 fighters even though you could be level 49, the free refresh is every two hours, and whenever you refresh, sometimes it STILL gives you fighters...

Very true, I just hope they make the rounds at least 4 minutes, since there are a lot of fighters with buffs that stall out the fights, which us extremely annoying. 😭
