You can adjust the game resolution and other graphics effects in the options menu, which should lower the stress on your system. Also make sure to update to our latest build, 6.2.2, which introduces a couple fixes that may help.

Usually a simple restart will refresh the game so the events load correctly. If not, try reinstalling to see if that fixes it.

Unknown network issues like this are usually temporary and be caused by any number of things. Are you still consistently having this problem?

I think this is our Filia tag in bug, where she flies offscreen. It's something I plan to get fixed this year.

When this happens, after you restart the game, does it fix itself at all?

Is this still occurring for you? Sometimes there can be unexplained network issues that resolve themselves over time.
