Does peacock's hole idea counts as tag in? cause it triggers the "Toon time" marquee well tehnically its a tag in move but shouldnt it trigger when changing characters?

I don't believe so. Just tested the Hole Idea with a Sketchy Peacock in reserve. If it was a Tag In, I would've received a Haste buff. It could just be a visual bug, or wrong coding.

In some cases it can trigger effects that should only be activated during Tag In.

An example of this is through the Inertia modifier in Big Band's Master Daily Event. It's both unblockable and it grants unflinching. Oops!

That should be fixed for our next update.
