Hello there, new user here. A had my account in skullgirls mobile for over 3 years. I take breaks from the game so I always go and come back. Today I wanted to login into my account as usual via Google but it just doesn't work. Then I tried Emailing, yet no luck. Tried changing password, so email was sent to me saying we dont have this address in the list of registered users. Is this a bug or something, I know that you don't reset or delete accounts. Anyway, thanks for attention.

Yo me comunique con atención al cliente y no hicieron nada, al final de 4 emails me dijieron "Hemos creado un ticket interno para este problema e intentaremos resolverlo lo antes posible, y realmente apreciamos el informe." y eso que, no ayuda en nada, uno se queda esperando y esperando para que no hagan nada, tengo el mismo problema que el chico y envie foto, yo tengo cuenta de skullgirls desde el 2019, y hoy en día que vuelvo a entrar me dice "código de error 1" cada vez que intento entrar.
