Bug - Normal connection issues deleting things

I was selling several moves and while usually my internet is not amazing, it was perfectly fine and I sold the moves. I got an error message saying that the game couldn't connect to servers, I did not get the money from the moves, but the moves where gone. This is the second time it has happened.
 
We have a lingering bug where the game client will show you duplicates of various items you have on your account, e.g. Moves, Relics, Essences etc. I suspect this may have been the case here.

Regardless, if you suspect you sold something and didn't get Canopy Coins, you'll need to contact customer service so they can investigate.
