The game is freezing in the middle of the matches I can't do anything other then restart it and lose everything

I have this problem too. I think it's the update since I've never had freezing and crashing problems before it. Mostly happens to me when receiving and giving gifts, but also when trying to watch ads and opening CoCI was playing nicely then the game just freeze and i have to restart or else it would just be there freezing
Real am getting frustrated about this
i lost my streak and Dahlia in PR due to this
