How to contact a mod?

I've been trying all day to message a mod to talk about the comparability of the galaxy j2 prime but every time I try to message one it shows me it's spam and that I need to use rich text editor. Something that I don't have, I didn't find anything on the forums regarding this issue and I wanna know how can I get in touch
