Bug - Normal Not receiving push notifications

In light of my most recent topic.. I have never received a push notification for the game.

I've checked my options (no options for notifications) and my phone settings (open to all apps' notifications). I run a Google Pixel XL on Android v.8.1.0. I hope any of that is helpful.
