My device isn't compatible, what gives?!
Andorid devices need a minimum of 2GB of RAM. If your device has less than that it is not compatible. If your device does have more RAM than that, it's likely been manually filtered based on performance testing.
If you truly believe that your device has been filtered by mistake, you can reach out and let us know, but we will not be responding to every individual "Why doesn't my game run on X device?!" inquiry.
You must also accept the permissions to play, or you will receive "Error Code 2."
iOS Users:
If your Apple device is older than the iPhone 5s, then unfortunately it is not a supported device.
This means the iPhone 5c, and iPhone 5 are also both unsupported.
Only 64-bit devices (iPhone 5s and above) are still actively supported by Apple, which is something we have no control over.
If you have an older Apple device, it is very unlikely the compatibility list will change in the future.
Will I be able to play on my device in the future?
Possibly! We're always working to improve optimization and hope to expand our compatibility list in the future. Keep an eye out down the road.

We've built our compatibility list to try and ensure that our users have the best experience possible to fully enjoy the game and all its nuances. We take many factors into account: OS, hardware, etc and try to perform thorough performance testing on as many devices as possible.
