So, I was fighting in a randomized fight, and I came across a gold valentine called pyro-technique. Her element is fire, her special ability is soul burn which is that she inflicts wither when hitting the opponent with a charge attack. I was wondering if she is like star-crossed Parasoul in that the AI can use her but not the player?

Right now, she is AI only. She is announced to be available to players in the next update along with 4 others though.
