Can someone explain why a "5% chance to be resurrected" or "5% chance to not gain any damage" seems to be more like 50-60% to the CPU? I was fighting a Big Band and Valentine team with some absurdly low modifier for damage reduction and stun, and every hit I landed on them my character got stunned and damage reduction? Fix the percentages or the modifiers as a whole (ლ‸-)
It's chance based. A 1% stun chance might proc every single hit. It's unlikely, but it does happen every now and then.
