where can i get filia's BB Fenrir Drive except relics?

Farm fights in the Expert Filia daily event, I think the drop chance is around 10% for a gold move

I'm pretty sure you can get it from any source that can give Filia blockbusters. There's nothing special about it, and there's no way to force specifically that one to show up other than attrition. At the time of writing there should be about 4 hours left in the Filia daily event so you could play through as much of that as you can.
