1.4.2 seems to have fixed it for me thankfully. Here's hoping that's the end of it.

I only just started playing the game with 1.4. Yes the download completes fine everytime and the game is perfectly playable after. But when I'm in a place with unreliable WiFi it can take a few minutes.

Everytime I try to start the game up after closing it, the game has to start downloading extra data (from 19/60) just like it did the first install. This honesltly makes the game nigh unplayable if I'm not logged into WiFi. I'm using a Sony Xperia XA and am on Android 7.0 Os. Thanks.
