I don't have it unlocked because I don't have enough skill points for him. But shouldn't it go from 20 -> some lower number? My point is, you actually have to buy them for their effect to kick in.

It's not a bug, the abilites merely stack. Let's say you have an ability. You unlock it and now you have 5% for some extra benefit. Then you unlock the extra one beside it. Now you have 10%. Then you unlock the one above it. Now you have 15%. Then you can unlock the secondary ability which also...

Yeah, they have the exact same effects. However, I think Valentine's BBs connect poorly, especially now that the AI blocks pretty much everything.

Yeah. Even if you get a gold Eliza, you won't be able to use her succesfully, because you don't have full access to all her moves. I hope they've thought about that.

Every character has a Blockbuster move with the cost of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Except for Valentine who has three different versions of her 3 cost BB.

If I were you, I'd make sure you get all the milestone rewards. To get Eliza, all you need to do is be in the top 60% of players. Since there's probably not a whole lot of people playing, that can either be easy or really difficult. In any case, I wouldn't try going for the top 10 ranks on this...

Yeah, maintenance ended and there's a new event running for a bronze Eliza for the people that want her. You have about 9 hours left to play and try and get her.

How about this: BB1-3, BB1-4, BB2-5, BB2-6, BB3-7 and BB3-8? I can't remember all of the names of the moves and I think it's a lot easier to remember them based on the cost, so perhaps this is some type of middleground.
