3%*100% is not 300%. 3%=0.03, 100%=1. 1*0.03=0.03. If your health is, say, 10000, then at the beginning of the fight her attacks will be increased by 10000*0.03, or 300.

Very surprised Argus still doesn't move Lenny. This is a crucial flaw and IMO completely invalidates Lenny until fixed.
