    Been a guest account good luck but you will need info like your username, gold, thornite, and so, try emailing restoredata@hiddenvariable.com but if they can't find your account don't blame anyone but yourself cause you should've backed up your save!.

    (Also not 100% sure if that email is still active it used to be the one?)

    hi ive lost my account because the "downloading data" wasnt working properly it was stuck abd had to reinistall the game and lost everything

    You need to login again either via Google or this site I think Line & Facebook is there too but one of them you have to reconnect
