Everytime I send a gift or receive any my whole system (the game) freezes and can't catch itself and gotta start over the whole thing

Can someone tell me why holodeck mayhem giving way less experience even with boosts? At least 2 fights would level up a fighter in diamond now it not even possible, I remember seeing the numbers from the last one and this one here is way less

I got around 12 million points for the gold prize fight that just ended for Double and I haven't gotten my event rewards. Nothing in the mail, all other announcements are there but the event rewards.

Hey, I got bk on the eganw to play and the daily rewards login popped up but I noticed it said 8 days but since I realized at the end of last month when I started playing again it resets so I make sure to login everyday. (Im home from surgery as well, so believe me I've been logging everyday🥹)...

I haven't tampered with the settings of sound in the game but it's always cutting off and rn no sound not playing everytime I'm in a match and idky. The sound helps me fight in the game and no sound drives me insane

I started playing the game after so many years, so I've already completed a lot of the accolades without trying but the game is not registering that I've already completed and does not give me my rewards, like the tutorial completion, the level accolades and so on.
