How many of you lose a match because the timer ran out with you have a ton more health then your enemies? Come on man just come on
 
This is intentional and will always happen. The player will always lose the match if the timer hits zero. It is not intended to work quite like the original console/PC game.
It helps if you think of the fight as the player being a 'challenger', and the AI-controlled enemy as being a 'fort' that you have to capture.
The reason behind this, to put it quite simply if not crudely, is that the AI is dumb. The player has a vast range of advantages over the enemy by mere virtue of being human and therefore much more versatile at learning from experience and spotting exploitable strengths/weaknesses. Therefore, after a certain number of attempts, you should be able to defeat the bot team. If you still cannot, then you should take it as a sign that your fighters are not strong enough. If this is a map node in the story mode that you're stuck on, then I would suggest going back and completing any other easier nodes you haven't already done and also farming experience points from other game modes like prize fights and daily events.
Perhaps if/when there is a fully-functioning PvP game mode the HP% at the end of the match will matter, but for now, much of the gameplay revolves around overcoming statistical disadvantages using cunning and intuition.
 
It never happens in story mode; but prize fight man lol. When you win 18 times in a roll a you lose when you have like 80% health . I wish they change this. Must fighting games on mobile isn't like this.

Part of why is because the previous iteration of prize fights meant you could keep a perma-streak so long as you had a top level squad.

It basically turned the gold prize fight into a "Grind your Golds and Silvers" because you knew if you could win against the teams you would inevitably fight over and over again.

Time outs do suck, but if you know when you are losing to timeouts, it's more efficient to just find a way to safely kill the streak and start over. It's more efficient to just get your streak primed up as often as possible once you know where you stop winning easily.

You mean the Peacock with that effect that work only AFTER you get a hit by a final blow but the ennemy get it to work every 3 ******* hits so you have to throw one of your B.B. to send her away before getting comboed to death ? (And of course it's a one hit B.B. and she remains Untouchable.)
