This is the new rank system you need to get the elo acording to your rank , to be more clear, 2000 elo is the top players in the reset as you can see in the picture and you have 1940 not so much difference, im pretty sure that in 2 weeks this will be fix when the elo of gold 1 players and below get a significant difference between the top rank players.
