Bug - Normal Windswept Not Getting Enrage and Haste

So, I was playing Windswept earlier. I do my evasion, but nothing happened. Except for the game telling me I evaded. No enrage, no haste. What is this??

After reading this, I went in to test my own Windswept. I fought a Valentine and just let her hit me to build up meter for Checkmate Incision. She threw Checkmate Incision at me like 6-7 times over the course of the fight; not once did Windswept's SA proc. She never avoided any of the projectiles. I did another fight with Windswept where I tried to manually evade a hit to proc the SA (much harder to do). I managed to backdash away from an Eliza midstrike, triggering the Evade text on screen. However, Windswept's SA did not proc; no Haste or Enrage were applied. Could be an issue with Windswept's SA, rather than the Evade function?

Probably just an issue with Windswept's SA. Which I think has something to do with the most recent update

Same issue here too. Backslid out of a melee strike and no proc.

I’m on iPhone 8+ and up to date.
