Bug - Normal FPS drop

Actually its not a bug but before you fix glitch problems(3.4) game's FPS was highly increased(i dont know if its only me)then you released the 3.4.1 my FPS became low again.I was very happy with the FPS because i have been playing low since i start playing so im here to ask whatever you did at the 3.4 could you do it again

-What device are you playing on? and where are you seeing the FPS drop?
-Are there certain fighters that it occurs with in combat? or is it every fight.
- Does it occur everywhere in the game? For example, does the frame-rate drop on the homepage as well?
