Bug - Normal Old missions are broken

I did a lot of thing before missions come in the game. And now, I can't complete these missions. Like "do 100% story" or "reach lvl 10" when I already complete all the story and I'm lvl 39.
I can't complete or even receive my rewards, and I can't complete news missions because they're after the old mission.
