My logic for just Squig and Val potentially being the only new silvers is to give them each 3 non-exclusive silvers like all the other fighters. If this is the case, we might see the fighters with elemental-exclusive golds each get a new gold variant too.

I think there will also be a silver Double of the fire element ... because there is only one until today...

Yeah, Double is the only fighter so far with two variants that have both the same tier and element, so that makes sense to me! Although, I'm wondering if we'll get a new Fire Val even though she already has a Fire Silver, since the other two are both exclusives.
