I feel like Xenomorph and Rainbow Blight will be relic exclusive / Hot off the presses while Immoral Fear is the one to be given out, though.... I could be wrong, I'm only judging via how her skills are in comparison to how other fighters were distributed.

I'll agree with @Ryouhi here. Yes, the modifiers are very much in need of a change, however, that isn't to say it's not worth the challenge. You do need to level up your characters in order to get to higher leveled platforms (I.E Expert difficulty and later prize fight events in streaks)...
