Likely playing shortly after the update went live didn't help, as we had a surge of players and sometimes that can cause some slowdown on our servers. Hopefully now that we've been live for a couple weeks this will be less likely to happen. Regardless, there's always a chance some unknown issue...

This is often a result of missing assets, which can occur during a game update. If you haven't already, please reinstall the game and see if that fixes it.

Please share your device info when posting bugs. We're aware of some players crashing occasionally at the end of fight. I suspect it may be device specific and something we'll be looking into in a future update

@Ayako Koruyami have you tried reinstalling first? Just to rule out any corrupted files or missing assets that may be causing crashes.

We've had a handful of reports about the lag, especially on lower end devices. We'll be looking into that and can hopefully improve it in future updates. As far as your guest star feedback, please share that in the Feedback section of the Forums...

If you haven't tried already, please reinstall the game and let me know if that resolves it. Please share your device info too.

Gonna be tough to see what's going on without a Replay or Video, so if you get this often, try to save the replay, even if it's not working right. Sometimes it just helps to see everything at once. I'll have my team check this out though, based on your description.

@bioshock genocide as much as we try to prevent the game from crashing during fights, there's still a slight chance it could happen, based on varying circumstances. Make sure you have a good internet connection while playing and we recommend closing any background apps.

There's a handful of OMNOMNOM bugs that have been in the game for a long time, hopefully we can fix them someday. If you give me more details about what exactly isn't working, I can let you know if we're tracking it already. As far as the Windstalker issue, there's lots of modifiers throughout...

Please share your device info when posting bugs. We're aware of issues with the game freezing in this way and plan to look into it in future updates.

Make sure you don't have any previous filters on and that you are sorting by 'recent'. They 'new' tags will disappear as soon as you navigate away from your collection, so sorting by 'recent' is the best way to see what new fighters you have.
