It really depends on when you think it's time to stop but I normally level them up to about level 20 before I feed as it just feels right for me since I normally grind high levels on prize fights so I get to 20 pretty quickly but again it really depends on you and what you like to do.

Ice hot val isn't that good but I would keep her just because she's been evolved but that's just me but if you were looking to use her either save her for silvers or just sack her to evolve someone else since she isn't the best but since she's already sliver you may as well use her.

There isn't any way of getting Eliza out of relics yet and the only gold Eliza they are offering right now is the diva intervention variant out of the prize fights, if Eliza gets her own character relic once she is available in relics the bloodbath variant will probably be in that.

just watch out with that strategy since I think your accounts level cap is 60 ATM so that strategy might not work as well once you hit that cap.

What you need to do is go into any fight including training and just back out once the fight has started, this will update your game if it has been on standby (app hasn't been shut down) and make it so your stamina values are correct. Hope this helps.
