Rose-Tinted is incredibly annoying to deal with in PF and Rift. Puddle Pirate I don't really see, and her buff removal is just okay. (But since I play GG I felt obligated to evolve her.) If you have no ties to either fighter, go for the Rose-Tinted. !! Always think about "how good is this...

I guess I should add more context. I've only done Marie's prize fight, so I'm not sure if this is game wide. I use a Samsung S20 FE. Android System V. 13 Happened mid-fight, I'm not going to do vigilante QA testing to see if this happens anywhere else, I have enough on my plate from JUnit...
