How about Marquees? I've fought several with DDOS and it gets annoying fast as you need to get close to knock her down and get rid of the armor.

I used to level them to 20-25 but with the XP boosts I try to at least take them to 30, maybe more if I need the skill points for that character. Bronzes get 30 most of the time unless I'm feeling wasteful.
