The tier list is mainly theory based using what the characters have on paper. In practice any character can do well in the right hands.

Hello again everyone. Today I decided to make an updated version of the Competitive PvP Tier List due to the fact that new tech has come to my attention and general opinions on each character have had time to develop in the months that have passed since my first tier list from October 2019...

I probably should have been a bit more specific there. Tuba Tuba is the best BB3 in the game of Competitive PvP in my opinion because it is the BB3 that has the most followups.

Thanks for changing bursts to be more fair to play against in Competitive. In the beta bursts severely limited how much damage a player could get for landing a hit on the opponent. Now in Competitive matches can actually run faster
