She is... okay. if you get the right debuffs on the enemy and her evade procs at the right time, she is useful. of course, i have yet to find out how she treats rage of the dragon. if she treats it as a single hit, it would make a big difference.

You can use it after diamonds are forever. It will stagger the opponent and you can continue your combo.
