By general adjustment I mean some existing Fighters will get specific adjustments to their Signature Abilities. It's not impossible we'll do wider ranging adjustments to things like Modifiers and Character Abilities, but SAs will be the priority.

It applies to Unholy Host. SAs that target your team in general should usually specifiy 'teammates' in the SA description.

We'll definitely be making some time for Fighter adjustments in 2023. Stay tuned for more info on that! No saying if Death Wish will or will not be included in that adjustment, but there will be at least one general adjustment coming!

Inflicting Heal Block, or Curse will let you defeat most Valentines pretty quick. Once you can get through the regeneration, she's pretty brittle!

What do y'all think about the event now that it's halfway done? Even I get blindsided by that damage explosion when I get too much into autopilot mode!

ATK %, HP %, DEF, Meter Gain are all pretty good stats to focus on in general for me. Accuracy and Crit Rate/Damage can get some extra mileage too. Other folks might have other opinions!
