    the problem you are facing is not bad hair day, is the fact that any filia can inflict 5 stacks of 12 second bleed within 2 seconds.     this is anything but a bug. Even simply using immunity and just keeping her under 10% for 11 sec works, healblock or simply buff removal works. Queitus now too yes.

    I'm from the opinion that if you cant beat no mercy without bleed you shouldn't be able to beat no mercy. There are numerous other ways to beat the mode with underleveled fighters. Think removing the immunity but keeeping bleeds useless was a good idea.

    This isn't all that weird: projectiles have their own 'hurtboxes' and hitting these with other projectiles can trigger move/SA effects on the owner of the projectile. It probably is a bug but this mechanism has been present for as long as the game exist so far I know.
