I suppose, Parasoul and Valentine should be a bit lower in the chart. Big Band, Peacock and Painwheel were designed as anti-Skullgirl weapons, and Squigly has some out-of-this-world abilities. Parasoul and Valentine are (mostly) normal people. And I wonder where Cerebella stands, power-wise. And...
