If you check the 3.4.2 update notes, you'll see that they changed this. Precision hits no longer avoid triggering the opponent SA.

I think they did this on purpose, though, so that HoD wouldn't be super overpowered. Can you imagine if she was able to copy and use Bio's SA? Or Weekend Warrior's (yikes)? That would be a nightmare. I think it's a built in control that makes her good, but not too good.

This is the same guy Alest reported. There is no possibility that this can be legitimate. All of his fighters except for Decrypted have none of their signature abilities, and the scores are so low that he probably wouldn't make it past a 10 streak.
