no, the jackpot relics are guaranteed silvers with a chance of getting a Gold or Diamond. When you get a Jackpot relic Voucher though, the 11th, 'bonus' pull of that will be a guaranteed Gold. Sounds like you got three from yours though, which is actually pretty good!

ah...yes this has been bugged for a little while. Since it doesn't actually increase any stats, as you mentioned, I think that's probably why we haven't felt pressured to fix it right away. If you give me your SGM Username and Public ID, I can have an engineer set it back to 11/11 for you

Unfortunately this is just a rare occurrence where a network disconnect happened while loading into the fight, where the game then counts it as a 'concede'. We have protections in place to prevent the game from loading into the fight if there's network issues, but obviously we can't predict all...

It's just a visual issue as far as we can tell and if you restart the game it should update back to 5/5. We'll have it fixed in our next update.

We still have some single frame edge cases bugs where the fighters can face the wrong direction. If they happen to activate a Blockbuster while facing that way, it'll fire in the wrong direction as well. It's pretty rare fortunately, eventually it'll get fixed.

By chance, was the timer at zero when you completed the fight?

Greeting Egrets! We've gotten a handful of reports and have also confirmed on our end that the Chat is no longer unlocking at Level 5. We have confirmed though that it should unlock at Level 6! Please forgive the inconvenience and we'll have this fixed in our next update. Cheers B.E.B.

We discovered that this is a bug! Chat will unlock at lvl 6, despite it saying level 5. We'll have this fixed in our next update for future players.

It's possible you ran into our UI bug where the game will make it seem like you got more XP than you actually did. So you may have hit lvl 5 but after restart, you may be back on lvl 4. Anyway, let us know, thanks

For security reasons we don't unbind accounts, even if an account has been banned. It's up to you what to do next, but if those accounts are linked to SGM already, they will stay that way.
