Is this still occurring? Usually this is a temporary issue related to the Google Playstore. Our update yesterday added some changes though that may've helped with this.

Hard to say what happened without more details, or screenshots/videos or replays. Sounds like the opponent may have had Wunderkind on the bench, as the above post points out.

Your video isn't showing what you're reporting. You clicked on the Rewards button while you had Advanced difficulty selected, which shows you the rewards for completing the story on Advanced, which you haven't done yet. When you completed Big Band's origin on Basic, you should've gotten those...

@BallotBoxer as it turns out, there was something going on with Scare Giver specifically! There will be a fix possibly in 6.4 but definitely for the update after this one.

It's a whole can of worms, the engineers will be implementing some systems in the near future that should automatically detect and show us what moves/fighters/modifiers/etc are causing desyncs. We went through it once before when we first implemented Versus mode and even with that feature...

I went ahead and fixed any Accolades that weren't updated properly. You should have 3/4 Basic Storymode completed for example. Reminder though, this only fixes Accolades that can only be achieved once per Account, such as fully completing a Story Mode map. Accolades like collecting Fighters...

This has been in the game since it first launched back in 2018! I just moved the task for this up the chain, perhaps we can finally fix it in an upcoming update.

Sounds like you were having network issues whille still being able to sell your moves. Did anything update after you restarted the game? Post your SGM username and Public ID as well and I'll have someone from customer service investigate.

Doesn't sound like your app is freezing, but if so reply to the thread linked above. Outside of that, I have no idea what you're reporting. Saying 'the app kicked you out' with no additional details as to what was happening makes it impossible for us to diagnose your issue...

I don't unfortunately, unless the S24 has unique hardware settings you can play with, but I doubt it. If you haven't tried yet though, you can mess with the settings in game, turn on 30fps, lower resolution a bit, turn off flashing lights, etc. Also, I used to say this a lot to players on...

This often happens when there's a clash between the in-game language vs. the device language being used. What did you change the name to and what language is your device in?
