Hi there, There may be some confusion here but for the Medici Prize, fights only the top 100 ranked players receive rewards. In the mail you received once the prize fight has ended, it will tell you your score and let you know if you ranked in the top 100 or not.

If your account is probably binded (and even with multiple bindings which you can add at any point) you should have no problems logging back into your account if you reinstall the game. We do recommend trying to reinstall the game to try to see if that fixes the store issue however.
