In our 6.3.1 update, we have gotten rid of the Take a Break Relics as well as the Daily Relic in your relic page. You can still claim Daily Relics for free from the free gift from the in game store, however. Are you still seeing these relics in your relic page?

When you buy a bundle of 10 Relics you get 1 Rare Bonus Relic free. This is often called a 10+1 (10 Regular Relics, plus 1 Rare Bonus Relic.) The 10 Regular Relics have normal odds and can contain bronzes. The +1 Bonus Relic will guarantee a Silver, and have double odds on golds and diamonds.

If there are characters in your catalogue but not in your collection, the reason usually is because that character was consumed by the "Power-Up" feature, and sacrificed for experience. Is it possible that's where your character(s) vanished off to?
