The modifier does a very good job at discouraging any sort of cautious play. If you can't take them out in one go they probably will kill you. I'm glad I already have a Gold Painwheel, I can more or less skip the event this time around.

I'm surprised that Painwheel doesn't have any sort of tierlist or even a discussion of one. I mean, I lack the expertise to even think of putting one together, but I assumed someone else would have. I also have a Raw Nerv Painwheel, and I agree that the ability doesn't seem to be that useful...
