I'm actually having trouble with a challenge in Downtown Meridian (Going All In - EXPERT) where I have to keep all fighter HP above 85% VS a solo Dread Locks FILIA. I have no idea how I'm supposed to complete that challenge.

You may be out of luck on that one. I've heard people say they used XP Boosters before maintenance happened, and I think they're also out of luck as well. Sorry, man.
