best chance for you is to make a support ticket and prepare for a wait. i'm about 17-18 days waiting for a response. supposedly there's a backlog, which is fair. though I've figured it would have been faster to call it a loss and just regrind the theonite. XD

I made a ticket 12 days ago for pretty much the same issue. The official response I've seen here is that there's a backlog of tickets, so waiting is your best bet. Good luck?

Same thing happened to me last Sunday. I tried going the support ticket route, but I've yet to hear back. Probably support is busy or something, idek.
