Hello, a veteran player here. There is no chat in the principal screen... Is it a bug, or chat is gone forever?

En la ventana del chat cuando maximizo sale la etiqueta de: User: Hello my good sir! Cambio de canal y me spamea con ese mensaje. In the chat window when I maximize the legend of: User: Hello my good sir! I change the channel and it spam me with that message even if I change channel several times.

Since the last update 4.5.2 feb 5 2021, whenever I go into a fight it shows me weird points and each fight gives me infinite XP, causing the game to crash. When I reopen the game it gave my fighters no Xp. Also, I cannot access chat. help!

I'm never in chat but switching it on half the older messages disappear after any match. I think the longer the match is the more it disappears. This is before a match (sorry on shown your chat) This is after with the top area disappearing:
