crash versus and freeze at testing connection

Hello, I started playing yesterday and unlocked Versus Mode too. Now when I try to "find an opponent" in competetive online, the matchmaking queue just keeps going on. It can't find any opponents. I am friendless so not even a single friend to play with me. Online random people are the only one...

Every time I go to play mode versus the connection it's either horrible, or it makes me crash, bad server that makes me lose a fight. To charge 500$ in ridiculous combo from the store you know, but to fix these errors, problems and bugs in the game, must be very difficult right?

I have been trying to do my versus mode since the fisrt day of the 4.3 update. The issue is that after found potential opponent then it moves to testing connection and freezes at testing connections i had already checked all the settings and is ok as well My ingame name is Shironeko2108 Thanks...
