freezing

I can't complete 10 sequences the game keeps freezing all the time

Everytime I send a gift or receive any my whole system (the game) freezes and can't catch itself and gotta start over the whole thing

How am I going to earn 150 million points this way? I can't do 5 sequences in a row without the game freezing.

Since the update, the gift area has been freezing and sometimes the screen ends up freezing and I have to leave it to unfreeze it. Is there a way to resolve it?

The game will sometimes freeze after winning a battle in any mode, counting it as a lose since it freezes before the score screen shows. I play in an Android 9 mobile

when i was playing on story mode, the game frozen when enemy bigband's bb3 and my squigly's silver chord was used at the same time. it seems that unstoppable bb3's code mechanism and silver chord's CC is conflicting.
