After the 7.1 changes to the Viewing Parlor, I can only view ads that give the XP booster between the hours of 0:00 and, I believe, 3:00 CST. Attempting to watch an XP-boosting ad outside of those hours gives the message, “Sorry, there are not any ads available at this time. Please check back...

I would like to suggest changing the Medium XP Treat in the viewing parlor reward to either an Energy Refill or Red Rift Ticket, since there is already a Large XP Treat available as a reward.

encountered an issue with the viewing parlor where no rewards are being given, as well as any watched ads failing to be recognized as watched. the counter for watched ads doesn't go down, nothing seemingly happens, but ads are still playable. i watched quite a few with no difference.
