Bug - Normal А bug with the opening of relics

Has anyone ever had this? When opening a relic, the character and the relic fall, but it does not appear, the bug is most likely due to the fact that you quickly pick up items after a completed chapter or assignment, but I'm not sure for sure. I can't provide a screenshot because I didn't have time to do it.
