У только накопилась золотая реликвия. Потом пошёл технический перерыв. Зашла обратно в игру и ни реликвии, ни персонажа не было.

Typically the moment you tap to open a relic, the fighter will be added to your account. Please double check your collection by sorting by 'recent'.
